Dr Aarthi Mohan
I am Maternal Medicine Lead for Univversity Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust and have been an Obstetrics/Maternal Medicine Consultant since 2014. I trained in Obstetrics in London and have a PhD from Imperial College. I also have experiencein Medicine, obtaining MRCP.

Dr Fran Neuberger MBChB FRCP
I am the Obstetric Physician Lead for the South West Maternal Medicine Network.
I have been an Acute and Obstetric Physician at North Bristol NHS Trust since 2016, having undertaken fellowships in Obstetric Medicine and Medical Education in London, and maintain a keen interest in medical education.

Dr Claire Lovelock MBBS, BSc Pharmacology
I am a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with a special interest in Maternal Medicine and high risk Obstetrics.
I have a passion for providing high quality care for all, particularly those who are high risk or have underlying medical conditions.
I am governance lead for the SWMMN.

Dr Marie O’Sullivan MBChB MSc
I am a Consultant Obstetrician at UHBW and an education lead for the SWMMN.
I have a special interest in medical conditions in pregnancy and have focussed on medical education throughout my career.

I am one of the Lead Midwives for the SWMMN.
I qualified in 2016 and have worked at St Michaels Hospital, Bristol since 2017.
I have a keen interest in caring for women with complex medical conditions, ensuring they receive high quality care during and after their pregnancies.

Stacy Hazlehurst
I am a Lead Midwife for the South West Maternal Medicine Network.
I have been a midwife at North Bristol NHS Trust since 2009 and prior to working within the network I had a dual role as a labour ward co-ordinator and obstetric sonographer.
I am currently studying Advanced Clinical Practice.

Dr Helen Johnston MBChB MRCP FRCA
I have been a consultant anaesthetist at NBT since 2019, and am lead anaesthetist for the SWMMN.
I am also very interested in medical education and simulation.

Dr Alison Armitage MD FRCP
I have been a Consultant Nephrologist at Southmead Hospital since 2007.
I practice all aspects of nephrology including transplantation, dialysis and general nephrology.
My specialist clinical interest, research and passion is in managing women with chronic kidney disease (CKD) in pregnancy.

Dr Felicity Coad MRCP
I am a consultant physician in acute medicine and obstetric medicine and have been a consultant at the Royal United Hospital, Bath, since 2023. I undertook an obstetric medicine and education fellowship in London during my registrar training, and continue to be actively involved in medical education.

I am a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust.

Dr Jenny Blackman MBChB MRCOG
I have been a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Exeter since 2018 and trained in the Peninsula region.
I run a weekly antenatal clinic for women with pre-existing medical conditions and regular preconception clinics.
My other interests are in teaching at the University of Exeter Medical School.

I have been a Consultant in Obstetrics and Maternal-Fetal Medicine at St Michael’s Hospital, University Hospitals Bristol and Weston, since 2015.
I am Lead Obstetrician for Haematology and a member of the British Society for Haematology Obstetric Haematology Special Interest Group.

Dr Victoria North MBChB (Hons) MRCP
I am a Consultant Cardiologist at UHBW, specialising in the care of adults with congenital heart disease, and the management of women with heart disease in pregnancy.
I work in the joint cardiac antenatal clinic at UHBW and participate in the SWMMN Cardiac MDT.
